DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

HANDCRAFTED ITEMS: Please allow 7-14 buisness days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be created and shipped to you.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS: Please allow 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped to you.

Most READY-TO-SHIP items ship within 24-48 hours of order being received.

SHIPPING INFO

Our preferred shipping method is the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will ship your purchase either First Class Mail (if it is under 12 ounces) or Priority Mail. All orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation, and purchases over $100.00 will automatically be insured. You will always receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from us, which will include tracking information. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destinantion zipcode.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, or if something you purchase from us is defective, we will issue you a full refund, minus the shipping costs.

The catch is, you MUST notify us within TEN Business days,  after receipt of your purchase. How do we know when the ten days starts? We track all of our orders, and will give you ten days from the date your package is delivered to you. Items MUST be returned UNUSED, and in the same condition as they were received. NO exceptions on this one, sorry.

QUALITY

All handcrafted items are professionally finished. Seams are sewn first, then finished with a serger. Items will arrive with sewn in woven labels and hangtags. Each item is placed in a protective plastic bag and gift wrapped. If your purchase is actually a gift , let us know, and we will also include a card.
