Shipping:
All items will ship within two (2) business days, after payment has been received. We ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for completion and delivery of ALL CUSTOM orders.
All custom made items, will be noted as such, in the item descritpion.
Returns:
Due to the handcrafted and often custom made nature of our items, returns are generally NOT accepted. We do want you to be satisfied and happy, and will do everything possible to make sure that happens.
If you are not satisfied with your V&Co.purchase, please e-mail us as soon as possible with your concern. We will do everything we can, to correct the problem.
